Do you offer remote support

Yes, we do and we can support access to your PC or Apple Mac from our own system once you provide us with authorised access. 

The process for arranging remote support is very simple - you have to have a small program installed on your computer from Zoho ASSIST that allows a secure connection between our 2 computers and you have to provide authorisation to us to access and control your computer. 



All you have to do is got to https://join.zoho.com/ where you will be required to enter a session ID which we will provide to you via an email or over the phone
